Dulux Pro Devflex Waterborne Primer is an advanced technology, premium quality, flat waterborne acrylic coating for use as a protective maintenance rust inhibitive direct-to metal (DTM) primer and finish. Bonds to clean glossy, hard surfaces such as aged oil base or alkyd enamels without sanding.
