Dulux Ambiance Velvet Sandy Basecoat is an eco-friendly primer specially formulated with silica sand to provide sanding finishing for the Dulux Ambiance Velvet Special Effects Paint to be applied on top on it. It also has interior sealer function which can protect the walls with strong mould resistance, high coverage, strong paint film and other multifunction. Provide special 3D effect and long-lasting wall protection for interior walls.
